Delivery
At Shoots we understand that getting your order delivered on time is an essential part of flower giving. The guidelines below should help you with timing. If you have a request that falls outside the guidelines below please call us to discuss how we can best meet your requirements.

Local, Same Day: Deliveries can be made to Richmond and surrounding suburbs same day (Monday to Friday) if your order is placed by 2PM (EST). On Saturday, orders should be placed by 11AM.

Public Holidays and Sundays: Delivery can be arranged outside these times by negotiation.

Local, Next Day: Please place orders by 8PM EST for next working day delivery (Monday - Saturday).

Outer Suburbs of Melbourne, Same Day. Most suburbs can be delivered to same day if your order is placed by 11AM.

Outer Suburbs of Melbourne, Next Day: Please place orders by 8PM EST for next working day delivery (Monday - Saturday).

Interstate and International orders. Delivery advice will be given at the time of ordering.

Order changes should be made within a half an hour of the order being placed.
